法定数字人民币:中国特色社会主义“货币文明”的创新——基于马克思货币信用理论的反思

DCEP:Innovation on Socialist "Monetary Civilization" with Chinese Characteristics--Reflection Based on Marx’s Currency Credit Theory

基于区块链技术的数字货币是人类货币形态的最新发展结果,“可信第三方是否在场”成为区分私人数字货币与法定数字货币的重要标准。本文基于马克思货币信用理论,梳理了货币文明演进的历史进程,总结了数字货币等货币价值符号在材质、流通范围以及信用担保方面相对传统实物货币的变革与发展,并从货币职能与货币信用理论出发,对两类数字货币及其所代表的货币文明观念进行比较。最后分析了我国科技创新发展、人民币国际化战略下,法定数字人民币所代表的新消费形态、新发展方向与国际货币体系的未来。

Digital currency based on blockchain is the latest result of human currency evolution.Whether there is a trusted third party(TTP) has become an important criterion to distinguish private digital currency from sovereign digital currency.Based on Marx’s monetary credit theory,this paper combs the evolution process of monetary civilization,and summarizes the transformation and development of digital currency and other currency value symbols in terms of material,circulation scope and credit guarantee.Starting from the theory of monetary function and credit,this paper makes a comparison between the two types of digital currency and the concept of monetary civilization they represent.Finally,it analyzes the new consumption pattern,new development direction and new future of international monetary system represented by DCEP under the strategy of China’s scientific and technological innovation and RMB internationalization.
