外阴上皮样肉瘤(近端型)1例 被引量：1

摘要 上皮样肉瘤(epithelioid sarcoma,ES)是一种具有上皮样形态的恶性间叶肿瘤,在软组织肉瘤中比例不足1.0%,具有高度侵袭性和局部复发率。它分为近端型(proximal-type epithelioid sarcoma,PES)和远端型(distal-type epithelioid sarcoma,DES)两种。PES在女性外阴部少见,目前国内外报道约60例,临床上很容易被误诊为良性病变,如前庭大腺囊肿、感染性肉芽肿、脂肪瘤、皮样囊肿、病毒性疣、纤维瘤等。我们在临床诊治中也遇到1例PES,现报告如下。
