摘要
培育创新人才不仅是当下中国教育的需要,也是国家发展和民族复兴的人力保障,更是人类命运共同体发展的智力支撑。在大力推行创新人才教育的今天,中华优秀传统文化理应成为创新人才教育的教育智慧和实践经验来源之一。扎根中国大地办教育,在传承中华优秀传统教育并吸收西方教育学后开创中国教育学,就要转变教育思想观念,领悟中华文化的特质,从中华文化的象思维、整体思维以及变易思维中汲取教育智慧,开拓创新人才教育的新视野、新思路、新途径。
Cultivating innovative talents is not only the demand of China’s education,but also the human guarantee for national development and rejuvenation,and the intellectual support for the development of a community with a shared future for mankind.Today,with the vigorous implementation of innovative talent education,Chinese excellent culture should become one of the sources of educational wisdom and practical experience of innovative talent education.To take root in China to develop education and create Chinese pedagogy by both inheriting Chinese excellent traditional education and absorbing western pedagogy,we should change educational ideas,understand the characteristics of Chinese culture,draw educational wisdom from the Xiang thinking,overall thinking and changing thinking of Chinese culture,and explore new horizons,new ideas and new ways of innovative talent education.
