摘要
目的:本研究旨在以新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控为例,检验重大传染病防控背景下,疫情相关工作应激对医务人员心理症状的影响,以及工作倦怠的中介作用和组织支持的调节作用。方法:采用横断面调查的方法,在2020年10月对北京22家医院的3477名医务人员进行问卷调查,请参与者报告疫情相关工作应激、感知组织支持、工作倦怠、焦虑和抑郁水平。结果:1)疫情相关工作应激能够显著预测医务人员焦虑和抑郁症状的升高;2)工作倦怠部分中介疫情相关工作应激与医务人员焦虑和抑郁的关系;3)组织支持在中介模型直接路径和前半段中介路径中起到调节作用。结论:重大传染病防控背景下,疫情相关工作应激对医务人员工作倦怠和心理症状有显著预测作用,组织层面向医务人员提供的支持性资源对维护医务人员的心理健康有重要保护作用。
Objective: To examine the effects of pandemic-related job stress on psychological symptoms of healthcare workers under the prevention and control measures for major epidemics, as well as the role of burnout as a mediator and perceived organizational support as a moderator in such relationship. Methods: A sample of 3477 healthcare workers from 22 hospitals in Beijing participated in this cross-sectional study in October 2020. Results: 1)Pandemic-related job stress significantly predicted the increase of anxiety and depression symptoms among healthcare workers;2)Burnout partially mediated the association between pandemic-related job stress and psychological symptoms of anxiety and depression;3)Perceived organizational support moderated the direct relationships between job stress and depression/anxiety as well as the relationship between job stress and burnout. Conclusion: In the context of prevention and control of major infectious diseases, pandemic-related job stress could predict the burnout and the psychological symptoms among healthcare workers, in which providing healthcare workers with supportive resources on an organizational level could mitigate the negative effect.
