摘要
目的:探讨父亲在共同养育中的表现和青少年抑郁的关系以及青少年正念特质和母亲正念教养在二者关系中的作用机制。方法:采用简易共同养育关系量表、正念注意觉知量表、流调中心抑郁量表、养育中的人际正念量表对372名11岁-14岁青少年及其母亲进行测量。结果:①相关分析表明父亲共同养育和青少年正念特质均与青少年抑郁呈显著负相关,父亲共同养育与青少年正念特质呈显著正相关;②中介效应分析显示,父亲在共同养育中的良好表现可以通过青少年正念特质的中介作用间接的影响青少年抑郁水平;③母亲正念教养调节父亲共同养育对青少年抑郁的中介路径的前半段,即母亲正念教养水平相对更高时,父亲共同养育水平对青少年正念特质的正向预测作用更强。结论:青少年正念特质和母亲正念教养在共同养育中父亲表现对青少年抑郁的影响中起到有调节的中介作用。
Objective: To explore the association between fathers’ performance in co-parenting and adolescent depression, and the roles of adolescent dispositional mindfulness and maternal mindful parenting in it. Methods: A total of 372 adolescents aged 11-14 years and their mothers were recruited and completed the Brief Coparenting Relationship Scale,Mindful Attention Awareness Scale, Center For Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale, and Interpersonal Mindfulness in Parenting Scale. Results:①Correlation analyses showed that both paternal co-parenting and adolescent dispositional mindfulness were significantly negatively correlated with adolescent depression;paternal co-parenting was significantly positively correlated with adolescent dispositional mindfulness.②Mediation modeling indicated father’s good performance in co-parenting exerted the indirect effects on adolescent depression through the mediating effect of adolescent dispositional mindfulness.③The first stage of mediating effect of the adolescent dispositional mindfulness was moderated by maternal mindful parenting. Specifically, the significant positive effect of paternal co-parenting on adolescent dispositional mindfulness was stronger when mothers practiced higher mindful parenting. Conclusion: Adolescent dispositional mindfulness and maternal mindful parenting exert the moderated mediating effect on the relationship between father’s performance in co-parenting and adolescent depression.
