摘要
文章全面梳理了宁洱县全面停止天然林商业性采伐以来的建设管理情况,利用2016年森林资源规划设计调查成果、2020年底森林资源监测数据进行森林资源现状变化情况评估,同时结合社会公共数据估算了宁洱县2016—2020年底森林生态系统服务功能的总价值。针对宁洱县全面停止天然林商业性采伐存在的突出问题,提出了建设性的建议和意见。
In this paper,the construction and management of natural forest in Ning’er County since the cessation of commercial logging was comprehensively reviewed,and the forest resource planning and design survey results in 2016 and forest resource monitoring data at the end of 2020were used to evaluate the status quo of forest resources.The total value of forest ecosystem services in Ning’er County from 2016 to 2020 was estimated based on public data.In view of the outstanding problems existing in stopping commercial logging of natural forest in Ning’er County,constructive suggestions were put forward.
