摘要
文章以新疆生产建设兵团第八师玛纳斯河流域中上游湿地省级(兵团)自然保护区为例,阐述了工程项目占用内陆湿地和水域生态系统类型湿地自然保护区所做生物多样性影响评价的必要性,对评价方法、存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出建议。
Taking the provincial(corps)wetland nature reserve in the middle and upper reaches of Manas River Basin of the Eighth Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps as an example,this paper expounds the necessity of biodiversity impact assessment of inland wetlands and aquatic ecosystem wetland nature reserves occupied by engineering projects,discusses the assessment methods and existing problems,and puts forward some suggestions.
