47例中药膏方药物不良反应的临床特征分析与防范策略

Analysis of Clinical Characteristics of 47 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Paste and Its Prevention Strategy

目的:分析医院中药膏方药物不良反应的临床特征,并提出相应防范策略,为临床安全、有效使用中药膏方提供参考。方法:选取医院2018年度临床膏方使用患者涉及处方1310张(剂)为研究资料,统计与分析患者服用中药膏方后不良反应发生类型以及原因。结果:1310张(料)中药膏方服用患者中,发生47例不良反应,其不良反应发生率为3.59%;不良反应以肝功能异常居多,其次为胃肠道不适、过敏反应等,停用后经对症处理转归良好。结论:医院中药膏方使用比较合理,但使用中也发生一些轻微不良反应,为防范不良反的发生,提出中药膏方致药源性肝损伤的防范措施。

Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of adverse drug reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)paste in a hospital and propose prevention strategies so as to provide reference for the safe and effective usage of TCM paste in clinic.Methods:A total of 1310 prescriptions(agent)from patients using TCM paste in 2018were selected as research data,and the types and causes of adverse drug reactions after taking TCM paste were statistically analyzed.Results:A total of 47 cases of adverse drug reactions occurred in 1310 prescriptions of TCM paste,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was 3.59%.Most of the adverse reactions were abnormal liver function,followed by gastrointestinal discomfort and allergic reaction.After discontinuation,symptomatic treatment turned out to be good.Conclusion:In the hospital,the usage of TCM paste is reasonable,but some minor adverse drug reactions also occur.In order to prevent the occurrence of adverse drug reactions,the prevention measures of drug-induced liver injury caused by TCM paste are put forward.
