校园文化是师生共同的精神家园,建设校园文化是营造良好育人环境、团结凝聚育人力量的重要途径,是高校工会参与“三全育人”体制机制建设、落实立德树人根本任务的方法之一。高校工会工作与校园文化建设紧密联系,具有明显的角色优势,具有不可替代的作用。高校工会应主动作为,不断丰富工会活动的内涵,提升服务水平,着力推进校园文化建设,从而形成育人合力,优化育人环境,发挥服务育人、管理育人、文化育人和心理育人的作用。

Campus culture is the common spiritual home of teachers and students.The construction of campus culture is an important way to create a good educational environment and unite the strength of education.It is one of the ways for trade unions in colleges and universities to participate in the system and mechanism construction of"Three-wide Education"and implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue.Trade unions in colleges and universities is closely related to the construction of campus culture,which has obvious advantages and irreplaceable role.The trade unions of colleges and universities should take the initiative to enrich the connotation of trade union activities,improve the service level,and promote the construction of campus culture,to form the education force,optimize the education environment,and play the role of service,management,cultural and psychological education.
