Research on the Psychological Capital of Industrial Workers and Its Promotion Strategy

推进产业工人队伍建设要重视提升产业工人的积极心理资本。本文通过对全国27个省、自治区和直辖市相关劳动模范、技术能手、工匠大师和职工的调查,从产业工人自我效能感、希望、乐观和韧性四个维度,对我国产业工人积极心理资本的现状进行了分析,提出了加强心理素质教育、强化企业科学管理等提升产业工人积极心理资本的措施。

To promote the construction of industrial workers,we should attach importance to promoting the positive psychological capital of industrial workers.Through investigations of model workers,technical experts,craftsmen,and workers from 27 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities,the paper analyzes the present situation of industrial workers from four dimensions of self-efficacy,hope,optimism,and resilience,and put forwards measures of strengthening the psychological quality education,and scientific management of the enterprises.
