Study on the Living Conditions of Migrant Employees and Workers in Shanghai:Taking the Core Area of Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park of Shanghai as an Example

本文以上海张江高科技园区核心区域为例,通过对外来职工居住状况的调查,分析了上海市外来职工在居住方面面临的主要问题,探讨了上海市现有住房政策对外来人才留沪意愿的影响,提出了解决上海市外来职工居住问题的相关建议。

The paper takes the core area of Shanghai Zhangjiang high-tech park as an example,through the investigation of foreign workers living conditions,analyzes the main living problems of migrant employees and workers,discusses the existing housing policy on the influence of migrant talents settling in Shanghai,and puts forward suggestions on solving their living problems.
