摘要
文章阐述了建立内蒙古两级赛事交通及全区交通气象预报服务系统的基本设计思路、系统功能和结构框架。系统包括冬运会专题、实况监测、预报预警、交通服务、产品共享管理5个部分;针对温度、降水、大风建立了公路交通综合气象预警产品制作的启动阈值;系统采用B/S结构,基于HTML5的WebGIS开发技术,在软件架构的设计上,全面采用SOA架构,以降低系统的耦合度,提高系统部署的灵活性;系统的建立为后期内蒙古地区交通气象预报服务业务提供了一个集约化、流程化、信息化、智能化综合业务平台,有效地提高了交通气象预报业务产品的工作效率。通过该系统可使自治区级和盟市级在交通气象预报业务中形成有效的上下联动,进一步提高内蒙古交通气象预报服务能力和水平。
This paper expounded the basic design ideas, system functions and structure framework of the traffic forecast service system for winter Olympics and autonomous region. The system consisted five parts: winter Olympics theme, monitoring, forecast and warning, traffic service and product sharing management. Threshold values of temperature, precipitation and wind were established for highway traffic integrated meteorological warning products. B/S structure and WebGIS technology based on HTML5 were adopted and in the system. To reduce the coupling degree and improve the flexibility of system, SOA architecture was adopted in the design of software architecture. An intensive, process-based, information-based and intelligent comprehensive business platform was provided for the traffic meteorological forecast service in Inner Mongolia by the system and then the work efficiency of traffic weather forecast service products was improved. An effective up-down linkage can be formed between the autonomous region level and the league level in traffic meteorological forecast by the system. And the system was helpful to improve the capacity and level of traffic and meteorological forecast service in Inner Mongolia Region.
