摘要
阐述了玻璃化转变现象及其对涂料涂层性能的影响,据此研究环氧树脂及其固化剂、填料、助剂对于涂料玻璃化转变温度高低变化的影响,通过对比分析配方中各种原材料对于涂层玻璃化转变温度的影响,研制出一种环氧高T_(g)粉末涂料。
The causes of glass transition phenomenon and its influence on the performance of coatings were described.The influence of epoxy resin,curing agent,filler and additives on the glass transition temperature of coatings was studied.By comparing and analyzing the influence of various raw materials in the formula and production process on the glass transition temperature of coatings,an epoxy powder coating with high T_(g) was developed.
