摘要
耦合共同体是常州市社区教育领域促成资源共建共享的创新探索,通过促成社区教育资源在内容、形式、层次等方面发生积极的互补链接,形成资源要素的有效流动,发挥团队合作的优化效应,实现多元共治的社区教育治理格局。常州开放大学与常州博物馆形成的“耦合共同体”,合作关系较为稳固,资源共建共享较有成效。回溯这一个案实践历程发现,耦合共同体的建设应具备职能共同、战略相投、资源互通等三个基本条件,发展路径可遵循“关系破冰—初步合作—评估空间—确立关系—深度耦合”层层推进。为促使当前“耦合共同体”向高位发展,还需进一步细化沟通机制、优化组织机制、强化激励约束。
The coupling community is an innovative exploration in the field of community education in Changzhou to promote the co-construction and sharing of resources.By facilitating the positive and complementary linkage of community education resources in terms of contents,forms and levels,it forms an effective flow of resource elements,brings into play the optimization effect of teamwork,and realizes the community education governance pattern of multi-governance.The"coupling community"formed by Changzhou Open University and Changzhou Museum is a relatively solid cooperation and effective resource sharing.In retrospect,it is found that the construction of the coupling community should include three basic conditions,such as common functions,strategic investment and resource interoperability,and the development path can follow"relationship ice-breaker-initial cooperation-evaluation space-establishment of relationship-deep coupling".In order to promote the current"coupling community"to a high level of development,it is necessary to further refine the communication mechanism,optimize the organizational mechanism,and strengthen the incentives and constraints.
