摘要
利用工业以太网作为数据传输的智能化集中控制平台,在煤炭转接塔内搭建集中控制中心;通过触摸屏人机交互界面控制各子系统启停并监视各个设备工作状态,可减少复杂操作和故障率;建立分布式智能控制系统,可为装卸设备智能化、集成化创造条件。
The industrial Ethernet is used as the intelligent centralized control platform for data transmission,and the centralized control center is built in the coal transfer tower.The complex operation and failure rate can be reduced by controlling the start and stop of the sub-system and monitoring the working state of each device through touchscreen humanmachine interface.The establishment of distributed intelligent control system can create conditions for intelligent and integrated loading and unloading equipment.
