摘要
本文利用Ebsilon软件构建了凝汽机组循环水吸收式热泵热力系统模型,以富裕温度和过热温度两个安全裕量参数作为循环水热泵系统优化运行的约束条件,研究了热泵发生器出口温度调节(GOTR方法)、发生器压力调节(GPR方法)以及发生器出口温度和压力双效调节(GOTPR方法)等对热泵能效系数(COP)的影响规律。结果发现,三种提效方法下发生器出口最高温差接近20℃,最高压差可达10 kPa。GOTPR方法明显优于另外两种,COP在90%的工作蒸汽负荷下提高了3%,额外回收6.58 MW;热量。
The thermodynamic system model of circulating-water absorption heat-pump for condensing unit was built by using the Ebsilon software, and then two safety allowance parameters(rich crystallization temperature and steam superheat temperature) were selected as the constraint conditions to optimize the operation of circulating water heat pump system.Three efficiency-increasing methods(GOTR method, GPR method and GOTPR method),involving the generator’s outlet temperature and pressure, were evaluated for their effects on the coefficient of performance(COP) of heat pump system.Results showed that the generator’s outlet temperature varied about 20 ℃ and the difference of its pressure is 10 kPa among those three efficiency-increasing methods.The GOTPR shows higher efficiency-increasing than others, and COP is increased by 3% to additionally recover 6.58 MW;of waste-heat in 90% of working steam load.
