分布式三级泵输配系统管网水力特性研究

摘要 针对分布式二级泵输配系统存在末端用户背压过高的问题,有专家学者提出了分布式三级泵输配系统。为了全面和直观地了解分布式三级泵系统运行时的管网水力特性,利用仿真软件建立热源出口单分支的枝状管网模型,验证模型可靠性后进行调节工况和故障工况模拟。结果表明,调节工况时管网波动情况由管网泵与变频支路泵共同影响,且此影响会耦合叠加;故障工况时输配管网均能保持非常强的不间断运行能力;在分布式三级泵输配系统量调节运行模式中,支路背压会影响水泵高效变频区间与可调区间,并且该系统中除全网水泵同时变频外,其余调节工况时的水泵变频均不满足相似定律。 In response to the problem of high back pressure of end users in distributed secondary pump transmission and distribution system, some experts and scholars have proposed distributed tertiary pump transmission and distribution system.In order to comprehensively and intuitively understand the hydraulic characteristics of the pipe network when the distributed three-stage pump system is in operation, the simulation software is used to establish a branching pipe network model with a single branch at the outlet of the heat source, verify the reliability of the model and then carry out the simulation of the regulation and fault conditions.The results show that the fluctuation of the pipe network in the regulation condition is influenced by the pipe network pump and the inverter branch pump together, and this influence will be coupled and superimposed;the transmission and distribution pipe network can maintain a very strong uninterrupted operation in the fault condition;in the volume regulation operation mode of the distributed three-stage pump transmission and distribution system, the branch back pressure will affect the efficient inverter interval and adjustable interval of the pump, and in this system, except for the whole network pump inverter at the same time, the rest of the regulation condition In this system, except for the whole network pump, the pump frequency conversion no longer satisfies the similar law.
