加强长江中下游洲滩民垸防洪治理建议

Suggestions on Strengthening the Flood Control and Control of the Banks in the Middle and Lower Reaches of the Yangtze River

“完善流域防洪工程体系”是推动新阶段水利工作高质量发展的首要路径。为加快推进长江中下游干流及洞庭湖区、鄱阳湖区洲滩民垸防洪治理,完善长江中下游防洪体系,水利部长江水利委员会开展了长江中下游洲滩民垸防洪治理调研。本文梳理了长江中下游洲滩民垸基本情况、防洪治理现状以及相关规划研究情况,分析了洲滩民垸存在的问题,并从完善基本信息台账系统、加强分类管理、推进防洪治理、强化管理四个方面提出了长江中下游洲滩民垸防洪治理工作建议。
