摘要
首先阐述集成电路创新绩效评价体系的研究意义,并对国内外相关理论和研究进行总结;在前人研究的基础上,遵循创新绩效评价体系的遴选原则,构建了我国集成电路企业技术创新能力评价指标体系。最后,基于国内外学者技术创新能力的评价方法、不同方法评价结果不同,针对我国集成电路企业自身创新状态、采取的措施及获得经济效益变量对各评价方法进行了对比研究。
In this paper,firstly,the software expounds the research significance of IC innovation performance evaluation system,and then summarizes the related theories and research at home and abroad.On the basis of previous studies,following the selection principle of innovation performance evaluation system,the evaluation index system of technological innovation capability of Chinese IC enterprises is constructed.Finally,based on the fact that there are many evaluation methods of domestic and foreign scholars'technological innovation ability,and the evaluation results of different methods are different,this paper makes a comparative study on each evaluation method according to the innovation status,measures taken and economic benefit variables of Chinese IC enterprises.
