基于D(-)/L(+)-对羟基苯甘氨酸配体的镉配合物的合成、结构及荧光识别性能 被引量:1

摘要 以D(-)/L(+)-对羟基苯甘氨酸(D/L-Hhpg)为主配体合成了2个手性配合物{[Cd(D-hpg)(bpp)(H_(2)O)]·(NO_(3))·(H_(2)O)}_(n)(1)和{[Cd(L-hpg)(bpp)(H_(2)O)]·(NO_(3))·(H_(2)O)}_(n)(2)(bpp=1,3-双(4-吡啶基)丙烷),通过单晶X射线衍射、元素分析、红外光谱粉末X射线衍射、热重分析及圆二色谱对其结构进行了分析表征.测试结果表明,配合物1和2为--对对映异构体,属于单斜晶系,P2_(1)手性空间群,分别为1D左手与右手螺旋链结构,并均在氢键作用下拓展为3D超分子结构.荧光光谱研究表明,配合物1和2具有良好的荧光性质,对水溶液中的Cu^(2+)/Fe^(3+)具有荧光识别能力,可用于水中Cu^(2+)/Fe^(3+)离子的检测. Two chiral coordination compounds based on D(-)/L(+)-4-hydroxyphenylglycine(D/L-Hhpg)as main ligands,{[Cd(D-hpg)(bpp)(H_(2)O)]·(NO_(3))·(H_(2)O)}_(n)(1),{[Cd(L-hpg)(bpp)(H_(2)O)]·(NO_(3))·(H_(2)O)}_(n)(2)(bpp=1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane)have been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction(SCXRD),elemental analysis(EA),infrared spectroscopy(IR),powder X-ray diffrac-tion(PXRD),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and circular dichroism spectra(CD).The tests showed that Compounds 1 and 2 are a pair of enantiomers,belong to monoclinic crystal system,P2_(1) chiral space group.They are 1D left-hand or right-hand spiral chain structures respectively,which are extanded into 3D supramolecular structure by the hydrogen bonding.Fluorescence spectroscopy shows that compounds 1 and 2 have good fluorescence properties,and have also good fluorescence recognition ability for Cu^(2+)/Fe^(3+)in aqueous solution,and can be used to detect Cu^(2+)/Fe^(3+)ions in water.
