摘要
阐述了我国铁路货车技术和检修制度的现状,论述了铁路货运装备地面轨边监测技术、预测与健康管理(PHM)、车辆及零部件全寿命周期数据管理与信息化融合的现状及发展趋势,构思了我国智能铁路货车顶层架构、大数据中心及专家诊断系统、智能化维护和检修的关键技术以及需要开展的重点工作,为我国发展铁路货车智能化运维研究和实践提供参考。
This paper expounds the status of railway freight car technology and maintenance system in China,discusses the current situation and development trend of ground trackside monitoring technology,prognostics and health management(PHM),vehicle and parts life cycle data management and information integration of railway freight equipment,and conceives the top-level architecture of intelligent railway freight cars in China,big data center and expert diagnosis system,and key technologies for intelligent maintenance and overhaul,as well as key tasks that need to be carried out,which provides reference for the development of intelligent operation and maintenance research and practice of railway freight cars in China.
