摘要
随着行业的迅速发展和安全事故的发生,各国对锂离子电池的管控日益严格。为进一步完善国家锂离子电池标准体系,促进与国际标准的接轨,颁布了强制性国家标准GB 40165-2021《固定式电子设备用锂离子电池和电池组安全技术规范》。从该技术标准的适用范围、测试项目、判定依据,以及与现行标准GB 31241-2014《便携式电子产品用锂离子电池和电池组安全要求》的差异进行简要解读。与GB 31241-2014相比,GB 40165-2021对电池测试的安全要求更严苛,对正、负极材料的结构稳定性要求更高。
With the rapid development of industry and the occurrence of safety accidents, countries had become more and more stringent in management and control of Li-ion battery.In order to further improve the national Li-ion battery standard system and promote the integration with international standards, the mandatory national standard GB 40165-2021 Lithium-ion Cells and Batteries Used in Stationary Electronic Equipment-Safety Technical Specification was promulgated.The scope of application of technical standards, testing items, judging criterion and the differences with current standard GB 31241-2014 Lithium Ion Cells and Batteries Used in Portable Electronic Equipment-Safety Requirements were briefly interpreted.Compared to GB 31241-2014,GB 40165-2021 had more stringent safety requirements for battery testing, higher requirements for the structural stability of cathode and anode materials.
