摘要
探究飞机锂电池起火事故致险因素,有助于建立民用飞机锂电池热失控事故管控机制。遴选B787-800飞机锂电池起火典型事故,分别从事故发生地、故障部位、事故原因及安全建议等方面,对比分析3起典型锂电池火灾事故;从电池因短路造成热失控、电池组绝缘隔离差导致热传导、电池失效适航安全性评估缺乏等方面,分析锂电池火灾致险原因;最后,从电池绝缘阻火隔离结构设计、充电过高电压控制、电池破坏适航审定、改进电池外壳热防控设计等方面,提出锂电池热安全管控建议。
Exploring the risk factors of aircraft lithium battery fire accidents would help to establish a thermal runaway accident management mechanism for civil aircraft lithium battery.The typical fire accidents of B787-800 aircraft lithium battery were selected, and three typical fire accidents of lithium battery were compared and analyzed from the aspects of accident operation site, fault location, accident cause and safety advice.The causes of lithium battery fires were analyzed from the aspects of thermal runaway caused by short circuit of battery, heat conduction caused by poor insulation isolation of battery pack.and lack of airworthiness safety assessment of battery failure.Finally, suggestions on thermal safety management and control of lithium battery were put forward from the design of battery insulation and fire resistance isolation structure, charging overvoltage control, battery damage airworthiness certification and improving the thermal prevention and control design of battery casings.
