中医健康管理在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Management in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的分析中医健康管理在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用价值。方法选取2020年12月—2021年8月于该院骨科工作的医务人员40名,按照随机分组法将所有医务人员分为两组,参比组应用基础方式管理,观察组应用中医健康管理。分析两组医务人员管理后的膝骨关节炎相关知识了解程度、工作能力、管理满意度。结果在对骨科医务人员进行管理后,观察组医务人员的膝骨关节炎相关知识了解程度、工作能力均好于参比组,且管理满意度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用中医健康管理能够丰富骨科医务人员膝骨关节炎相关知识,锻炼医务人员工作能力,提高管理满意度,建议为研究人员管理时使用。

Objective To analyze the application value of traditional Chinese medicine health management in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods From December 2020 to August 2021 as the research period,40 medical staff working in the orthopaedic department of the hospital during this period were selected.All medical staff were divided into two groups according to random grouping method.The knowledge knowledge,work ability and management satisfaction of knee osteoarthritis after the management of medical staff in the two groups were analyzed.Results After the management of orthopedic medical staff,the knowledge about knee osteoarthritis and work ability of the medical staff in the observation group were better than those in the reference group,and the management satisfaction was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Use of traditional Chinese medicine health management can enrich orthopedic medical staff's knowledge of knee osteoarthritis,exercise medical staff's work ability,and improve management satisfaction,which is recommended for researcher administration.
