床旁超声心动图在重症患者管理中的应用价值

Application Value of Bedside Echocardiography in the Management of Critically Ill Patients

目的探析床旁超声心动图在重症患者管理中的应用价值。方法选择2020年12月—2021年12月该院ICU工作的医务人员42名,按照电脑随机分配方式分为参比组和观察组,各21名,参比组应用基础管理,观察组应用床旁管理。分析两组管理后的床旁超声心动图相关知识掌握情况、工作能力、管理满意度。结果管理后,观察组床旁超声心动图相关知识掌握情况、工作能力均优于参比组,且管理满意度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对ICU工作的医务人员进行管理时,应用床旁管理能够提升医务人员认知水平,锻炼医务人员工作能力,提高管理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application value of bedside echocardiography in the management of critically ill patients.Methods A total of 42 medical staff working in the ICU of the hospital from December 2020 to Auguat 2021 were selected and divided into a reference group and an observation group according to the computer random allocation method,21 medical staffin each group.The reference group applied basic management,and the observation group applied bedside manage.The knowledge mastery,work ability and management satisfaction of bedside echocardiography after management in the two groups were analyzed.Results After management,the knowledge and working ability of bedside echocardiography in the observation group were better than those in the reference group,and the management satisfaction was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of medical staff working in ICU,the application of bedside management can improve the cognitive level of medical staff,exercise the working ability of medical staff,and improve management satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
