儿童保健护理管理中实施营养指导的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Implementing Nutrition Guidance in Children's Health Care Management

目的探讨营养指导应用在儿童保健护理管理中的具体方法及临床价值。方法选择2019年11月—2021年4月100例来院接受儿童保健护理管理的患儿为研究对象,使用单双号分组法分组,单号为对照组(n=50),采用常规管理方法;双号为研究组(n=50),采用常规管理方法的同时,增加营养指导。对比分析两组干预效果。结果研究组精细动作、社交能力、大运动以及语言能力评分结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组佝偻、营养性贫血发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组身高、体质量、胸围均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿家长总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实施儿童保健护理管理工作中,采取营养指导手段能够显著提升患儿生长发育相关指标,其营养性疾病发生率更低,患儿家长总满意度更高,因此更加适合推广使用。

Objective To explore the specific methods and clinical value of nutrition guidance in children's health care management.Methods Selected 100 children who came to the hospital for child health care management from November 2019 to April 2021 as the research objects,and were divided into groups by odd and even numbers.The odd number was the control group(n=50),and conventional management methods were used;the double number was the study group(n=50),which adopted routine management methods and added nutritional guidance.The effects of the two intervention groups were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of fine motor,social ability,gross motor and language ability in the study group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the incidences of rickets and nutritional anemia in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the height,weight and chest circumference of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total satisfaction of parents of children in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the implementation of children's health care management,nutrition guidance can significantly improve the growth and development-related indicators of children,the incidence of nutritional diseases is lower,and the overall satisfaction of children's parents is higher.Therefore,it is more suitable for promotion and use.
