神经内科护理带教中案例教学法的运用及效果评价

摘要 目的评价案例教学法应用于神经内科护理带教中的效果。方法选取2019年2月—2020年7月该院神经内科实习的护理实习生62名。根据入科时间不同分为分析组(n=31)、对比组(n=31)。对比组护理实习生实施基础教学,分析组护理实习生开展案例教学法。比较观察两组带教成绩、临床能力、学习积极性及教学评价。结果分析组护理实习生病例分析、专业理论知识、临床护理技能、操作能力成绩均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组学习积极性较对比组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组问题分析能力、创新能力、循证能力、团队协作能力及交流沟通能力评分均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组认为教学方法能提高自学能力、拓宽知识面、激发学习动机、加深记忆点的人数均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用案例教学法能够有效提高神经内科护理实习生的带教成绩,提高其对学习的积极性,促进学生自学能力和问题分析等临床能力的不断提高,值得推广。 Objective To evaluate the effect of case teaching method applied in neurology nursing teaching.Methods Selected 62 nursing interns who were intern in the neurology department of the hospital from February 2019 to July 2020.They were divided into analysis group(n=31)and comparison group(n=31)according to the time of admission.Nursing interns in the comparison group implemented basic teaching,while nursing interns in the analysis group implemented the case teaching method.The teaching performance,clinical ability,learning enthusiasm and teaching evaluation of the two groups were compared and observed.Results The scores of case analysis,professional theoretical knowledge,clinical nursing skills,and operational ability of nursing interns in the analysis group were higher than those in the companson group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study enthusiasm of the analysis group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The problem analysis ability,innovation ability,evidence-based ability,teamwork ability and communication ability of the analysis group were higher than those of the companson group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of people in the analysis group who believed that teaching methods could improve self-learning ability,broaden knowledge,stimulate learning motivation,and deepen memory points were higher than those in the companson group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of case teaching method can effectively improve the teaching performance of neurology nursing interns,improve their enthusiasm for learning,and promote the continuous improvement of students'self-learning ability and problem analysis,which is worthy of promotion.
