包装工艺参数对卷烟小盒密封度的影响

摘要 为了研究包装工艺参数对卷烟小盒密封度的影响,对青岛卷烟厂3个规格的卷烟进行测定,采用单因素分析方法对工艺参数进行分析。结果表明:(1)不同规格机组间的密封度差异主要与洛铁温度、洛铁间距、烙铁平行情况及上下免角折叠好坏有关。(2)随着烙铁温度的增加,各规格小盒密封度均呈现逐渐增加趋势;随着烙铁间距的增大,各规格小盒密封度均呈现逐渐降低的趋势;烙铁平行度对小盒密封度的影响较大,烙铁不平行,烙铁间距小的部位密封效果较好,烙铁间距大的部位,密封效果较差。(3)包装工艺参数优化结果表明,在满足外观质量的基础上通过调整烙铁温度和烙铁间距,GDX1–6#小盒密封度由优化前0.26 Kpa提升到4.29 Kpa,密封性能显著提高。 In order to study the influence of packing process parameters on the sealing degree of cigarette carton,three specifications of cigarettes in Qingdao cigarette factory are measured.Single factor analysis is used to analyze the process parameters.The results show that:(1)the difference of sealing degree between units of different specifications is mainly related to soldering iron temperature,soldering iron spacing,soldering parallel and upper and lower Angle free folding.(2)With the increase of the temperature of the soldering iron,the sealing degree of all specifications of small boxes gradually increased;With the increase of soldering iron spacing,the sealing degree of all specifications of small boxes presents a trend of gradual decrease;The parallelism of the soldering iron has a great influence on the sealing degree of the small box.The sealing effect is better in the part where the soldering iron is not parallel and the soldering iron spacing is small,and the sealing effect is worse in the part where the soldering iron spacing is large.(3)The optimization results of packaging process parameters show that the sealing degree of GDX1-6#cartridge is increased from 0.26Kpa to 4.29Kpa by adjusting the soldering iron temperature and soldering iron spacing on the basis of meeting the appearance quality,and the sealing performance is significantly improved.
