河南省地方经济高质量发展绩效评价指标模型构建及提升路径

Study on the High Quality Level and Promotion Path of Urban Economy in Henan Province

以推动经济高质量发展的“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大理念为基础,从经济优化、创新驱动、民生共享、绿色低碳、协调发展、对外开放六个方面建立了22个指标,对河南省18个城市2015-2019年的高质量发展水平进行分析,得出河南省各城市之间经济高质量发展水平的排名并进行路径研究。

Based on the five concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing" to promote high-quality economic development, this study establishes 22 indicators from six aspects of economic optimization,innovation-driven, people’s livelihood sharing, green and low-carbon, and coordinated development, and analyzes the high-quality development level of 18 cities in Henan Province from 2015 to 2019. In order to get the ranking of high quality economic development level among cities in Henan province and study the path.
