摘要
基于河南省发展现状,利MATLAB与SPSS软件处理相关数据,对河南省创新型人才与经济发展进行关联度测算,同时估算河南接受各级教育的人力资本存量和物质资本,计算出2009-2018年各要素及人才资本对河南省经济发展的贡献率。提出加大教育投资力度、培育创新型人才,优化人力资本投资环境、健全人才流动机制等建议,用以促进河南省创新型人才培养和经济社会发展。
Based on analysis of current situation of the development of henan province,and by dealing with relevant data,by means of MATLAB with SPSS software calculates correlation of innovative talents and economic development,at the same time estimate henan accept education at different levels of humanistic and physical capital stock,calculate the 2009-2018,the contribution rate of each factor to economic development and the contribution rate of human capital of henan province.This paper puts forward some concrete suggestions from increasing investment in education,cultivating innovative talents,constructing investment environment of human capital and improving the flow mechanism of talents,so as to help realize the cultivation of innovative talents and the growth of economic development in henan province.
