液相色谱法测定盘式蚊香燃烧烟雾中醛酮类化合物的含量

摘要 [目的]建立液相色谱测定盘式蚊香燃烧烟雾中醛、酮化合物含量的方法。[方法]将涂渍2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)的采样小柱连接在自制的蚊香燃烧产物收集装置上,通过控制进气、抽气速度,收集蚊香燃烧产生的烟雾中醛酮类化合物,洗脱后用液相色谱对醛酮类化合物含量进行测定。[结果]通过自制的蚊香燃烧产物收集装置;采用DNPH采样小柱;使用高效液相色谱仪对得到的腙类衍生物进行分离、测定,建立了一种测定蚊香燃烧烟雾中醛酮类化合物含量的液相色谱法。该方法在一定范围内线性良好,相关系数0.9991~0.9995,检出限0.28~1.36 mg/L,对盘式蚊香样品测定时相对标准偏差1.07%~12.07%,添加回收率为80.50%~103.67%。在某盘式蚊香中检出甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛、丙醛、丁酮、正丁醛。[结论]建立的液相色谱测定方法可用于盘式蚊香燃烧烟雾中醛酮类化合物的测定。考虑到醛酮类化合物对人体潜在的危害性,建议在使用盘式蚊香时要加强室内通风,以保证使用安全。 [Aims] This study aims to establish a HPLC method for determination of aldehydes and ketones in the smoke of mosquito coil incense. [Methods] The sampling column coated with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH) was connected to the self-made collection device of mosquito repellent incense combustion products. The formaldehyde and ketone compounds in the smoke from mosquito repellent incense combustion were collected by controlling the speed of air intake and air extraction. After elution, the content of aldehyde and ketone compounds was determined by liquid chromatography. [Results] Through the self-made mosquito repellent incense combustion product collection device;DNPH sampling column is adopted;a HPLC method for the determination of aldehydes and ketones in mosquito repellent incense combustion smoke was established. The method has good linearity in a certain range, the correlation coefficient is 0.9991-0.9995, the detection limit is 0.28-1.36 mg/L, the relative standard deviation is 1.07-12.07%, and the recovery is 80.50-103.67%. Formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein, propionaldehyde, butanone and n-butyraldehyde were detected in a disc mosquito repellent incense. [Conclusions] The method can be used for the determination of aldehydes and ketones in the smoke of mosquito coil incense. Considering the potential harm of aldehydes and ketones to human body, it is suggested to strengthen indoor ventilation when using disc mosquito repellent incense to ensure the safety of use.
