摘要
[目的]建立了一种固相萃取-气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)测定艾草中7种除草剂残留的方法。[方法]样品经过乙腈提取,GCB/PSA固相萃取柱净化后,采用气相色谱-串联质谱检测,使用外标法定量。[结果]在艾草基质中,7种除草剂在50~1000μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2均大于0.99,在3个加标水平下的回收率为74.3%~104.3%,相对标准偏差为2.5%~9.3%。7种除草剂的检出限(LOD)为0.49~2.20μg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为10μg/kg。[结论]该方法能够同时测定艾草中7种除草剂残留。
[Aims] This study aims to develop a method for the determination of 7 herbicides residues in Artemisia argyi by methods of solid phase extraction combined with gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. [Methods] The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified by solid phase extraction. The samples were detected by multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode with gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and quantified by external standard method. [Results] In the matrix of A. argyi, the linear relationships of 7 herbicides were all in the range of 50-1000 μg/L, with determination coefficients of higher than 0.99, the recoveries varied from 74.3 to 104.3% with relative standard deviations of 2.5-9.3% at the three spiked levels. The limits of detection(LOD) of 7 herbicides were ranged from 0.49 to 2.20 μg/kg and the limit of quantification(LOQ) was 10 μg/kg in the new method. [Conclusions] It can meet the requirements for the determination of residues of 7 herbicides in A. argyi.
