摘要
采用结构一体化的设计理念设计了一种压电尺蠖直线平台。箝位机构和驱动机构集成为一体,且二者都能对压电叠堆的输出位移进行放大。其中箝位机构采用三角位移放大机构,驱动机构采用对称杠杆式位移放大机构。介绍了直线平台的工作原理及平台的结构设计。最后利用有限元软件分析了箝位和驱动机构的位移输出和应力分布、驱动器机体的振动模态和固有频率。
A piezoelectric inchworm linear platform was designed by using the design concept of structural integration.The clamping mechanism and driving mechanism were integrated into one,and both of them can amplify the output displacement of piezoelectric stack.The clamping mechanism adopts triangular displacement amplification mechanism,and the driving mechanism adopts symmetric lever displacement amplification mechanism.Introduced the working principle and the structure design of linear platform.Finally,the displacement output and stress distribution of the clamping and driving mechanism,the vibration mode and natural frequency of the actuator block were analyzed by using the finite element software.
