煤矿井下多功能巷道修复机的设计

Design of Multifunctional Roadway Repair Machine in Underground Coal Mine

针对目前煤矿井下巷道底鼓严重、底板硬度高、人工扩帮修巷劳动强度大等问题,设计并制造了WPZ-75/3Z多功能巷道修复机。介绍了该机的技术参数及特点,阐述了设备的结构原理及设计。应用表明,该设备在采掘工作面挖水泵窝、掏煤壁窝、破碎、清煤(渣)和巷道修复多项辅助作业中机动灵活、对外部环境要求低,可实现减员增效,降低工人劳动强度和提高生产安全。

Aiming at the problems of the serious bottom drum,high floor hardness and high labor intensity of manual expansion and repair of the underground roadway in coal mine,the WPZ-75/3Z multifunctional roadway repair machine was designed and manufactured.The technical parameters and characteristics of the machine were introduced,and the structural principle and design of the equipment were expounded.The application shows that the equipment in several auxiliary operations of digging water pump pit,coal mining wall pit,crushing,coal cleaning(slag)and roadway repair is flexible and requires low for the external environment.It can reduce personnel and increase efficiency,reduce human labor intensity and improve safety production.
