摘要 为解决煤矿变电所现阶段仍然采用人工巡检的问题,结合变电所较恶劣、复杂应用场景,设计了一种具备智能巡检功能的机器人。通过测试平台和某示范煤矿的现场应用,该机器人能够完成井下变电所的巡检任务,能够根据不同电控柜的性能要求进行状态采集、火灾预警等操作;在设备异常状态信息通知后,巡检机器人可利用二维码标定自主到达故障设备点,拍摄故障设备的工作状态,为人员决策提供参考。使用变电所巡检机器人,可以有效提升巡检效率,降低企业人工成本,提高了巡检的安全性,确保变电所的安全稳定运行。 In order to solve the problem that manual inspection is still used in coal mine substation at the present stage,a robot with intelligent inspection function was designed based on the harsh and complex application scenarios of substation.Through the field application of the test platform and a demonstration coal mine,the robot can complete the inspection task of underground substation,and carry out state collection,fire warning and other operations according to the performance requirements of different electric control cabinets.After the notification of abnormal state information of equipment,the inspection robot can use QR code calibration to independently arrive at the fault equipment point and photograph the working state of the fault equipment,which can provide reference for personnel decision-making.The use of substation inspection robot can effectively improve the inspection efficiency,reduce the labor cost of enterprises,improve the safety of inspection,and ensure the safe and stable operation of substation.
