摘要 全断面快速掘进机掘进的工作面可以一次成形,可以实现掘锚平行即掘进与巷道支护的平行作业,大大增加了掘进的效率和安全性。用该掘进机形成的巷道成形质量好、掘进速度快、工人的劳动强度低。由于井下煤层的起伏变化、不确定因素的影响和机器操作等问题,要求该掘进机具备很强的纠偏能力,所以配备了左右抬底功能,采用软件实现左右抬底行程同步,增强了设备了可靠性、适应性、稳定性,增大了纠偏能力。 The working face driving by full section fast roadheader can be formed in one time,and can realize parallel operation of driving and anchor,that is,the parallel operation of driving and roadway support,which greatly increases the efficiency and safety of driving.The roadway formed by the roadheader has good forming quality,fast driving speed and low labor intensity of workers.Due to the fluctuation of underground coal seam,the influence of uncertain factors and the problem of machine operation,the roadheader is required to have strong ability of correcting deviation,therefore,it is equipped with left and right lifting bottom function,and uses software to realize the synchronization of left and right lifting bottom from,which enhances the reliability,adaptability and stability of the equipment and increases the ability of correcting deviation.
