近浅埋煤层液压支架合理工作阻力及适应性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究槐树峁煤矿液压支架合理工作阻力及其适应性,采用理论分析的方法对ZY4800/11/24型液压支架支护强度进行验算,同时对一盘区1104工作面液压支架工作阻力进行现场实测,进而分析工作面支架适应性。研究结果表明:1104工作面实测初次来压步距为45~49 m,来压强度为35.1 MPa;周期来压步距为15.3~18.6 m,来压强度为33 MPa,对应支架载荷为3300 kN;工作面支架工作阻力呈中间大、两端小,工作面中部支架实测最大工作阻力3500 kN,理论计算支架合理工作阻力为4467 kN,支架工作状态较好。在4个阶段支架阻力均主要集中在中低阻力区,对应支架载荷为2900~3800 kN,这说明支架受力状态较为理想,支架选型合适,富余系数满足要求,现有支架能满足槐树峁煤矿一盘区后续工作面支护要求。 In order to study the reasonable working resistance and adaptability of hydraulic support in Huaishumao coal mine,the support strength of ZY4800/11/24 hydraulic support was checked by the method of theoretical analysis,the working resistance of the hydraulic support in 1104 working face was measured,and then the adaptability of the support in the working face was analyzed.The results show that the measured first weighting interval of 1104 working face is 45~49 m,and the weighting strength is 35.1 MPa;the periodic weighting step is 15.3~18.6 m,the weighting strength is 33 MPa,and the corresponding support load is 3300 kN;the working resistance of the support in the working face is large in the middle and small at both ends.The measured maximum working resistance of the support in the middle of the working face is 3500 kN.The reasonable working resistance of the support is 4467 kN according to the theoretical calculation,and the support is in good working condition.In the four stages,the support resistance is mainly concentrated in the middle and low resistance area,and the corresponding support load is 2900~3800 kN,which indicates that the support stress state is ideal,the support type selection is appropriate,the surplus coefficient meets the requirements,and the existing support can meet the support requirements of the subsequent working face in Huaishumao coal mine.
