摘要
根据巷道修复机工作装置不同工况,找出危险工况,应用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对其进行分析,并根据分析结果进行结构优化,保证工作装置结构强度满足各种工况。分析结果表明,侧掏底部工况是最危险工况,设计结构局部强度超出材料屈服强度,经过优化后满足强度要求。
According to the different working conditions of the working device of the roadway repair machine,found out the dangerous working conditions,analyzed them with ANSYS Workbench finite element software,and optimized the structure according to the analysis results to ensure that the structural strength of the working device meets various working conditions.The analysis results show that the side cut bottom condition is the most dangerous condition.The local strength of the design structure exceeds the material yield strength,and meets the strength requirements after optimization.
