摘要
基于OptiStruct软件对掘锚一体机的超前钻机联接座的一个开裂事故进行原因分析,并对该联接座进行结构拓扑优化,根据优化结果得到材料空间分布规律,进而提出改进的结构方案。超前钻机联接座改进后的质量减轻2 kg,最大应力降低52%至许用应力范围内。改进后的超前钻机应用于钻探超过2 km无失效。
Based on OptiStruct software,the cause of a cracking accident of the advanced drilling rig substructure of the all-in-one excavator anchor machine was analyzed,and the structural topology of the substructure was optimized.According to the optimization results,the spatial distribution law of materials was obtained,and then the improved structural scheme was put forward.After the improvement of the advanced drilling rig substructure,the mass is reduced by 2 kg,and the maximum stress is reduced by 52%to the allowable stress range.The optimized advanced drilling rig has been applied to drilling prospect for more than 2 km without failure.
