矿用隔爆兼本安型混合无触点起动器的设计及应用

摘要 针对我国井下频繁起动换向的驱动方式造成矿用磁力起动器接触器触头同步性精度降低及烧毁等故障,设计一种矿用隔爆兼本安型混合无触点起动器,实现频繁换向起动、常规软起动等驱动方式,并且针对频繁换向造成晶闸管发热问题设计了晶闸管组件冷却系统。 Aiming at the driving mode of frequent start-up and commutation in underground in China,which leads to the failure of contact synchronization accuracy reduction and burning of mine magnetic starter contactor,a mine flameproof and intrinsically safe hybrid contactless starter was designed,frequent reversing start,conventional soft start and other driving modes were realized.Aiming at the problem of thyristor heating caused by frequent commutation,the cooling system of thyristor assembly was designed.
