摘要 针对煤层气车载钻机电控模式下易误操作、故障定位难问题,结合设计要求和现场试验,提出了一种快速定位故障方法。该方法具有误操作提示和故障定位功能,利用故障灯状态和文本提示实现远控误操作快速纠偏;利用3个故障灯状态,实现3类18种故障定位。通过工业性试验,现场操作人员可以自主进行快速故障识别和定位,缩短了钻进维修周期,降低了司钻人员操作难度,提高了钻孔效率。 Aiming at the problem of easy misoperation and difficult fault location in coalbed methane truck-mounted drilling rig under electric control mode,combining design requirements and field tests,a fast fault location method was proposed.This method had the functions of misoperation prompt and fault location.It used the status of one fault light and text prompt to realize remote control misoperation and rapid correction,and used the status of three fault lights to realize the eighteen fault locations of three types.Through industrial tests,the operators at the scene could independently identify and locate faults quickly,which shortens the drilling maintenance cycle,reduces the operation difficulty of drillers and improves drilling efficiency.
