基于K均值聚类算法的矿井无轨胶轮柴油车发动机瞬态工况构建 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究矿井无轨胶轮柴油车的排放,采集、记录了发动机CAN报文数据,基于传统车辆行驶工况合成的思路构建了井下车辆发动机瞬态工况。和道路车辆行驶工况进行对比发现,2种工况具有明显的差异,矿井的特殊道路条件决定了合成工况具有更大的平均转速以及升速和降速比例。该瞬态工况能为后期台架试验提供支持。 In order to study the emission of mine trackless rubber tyred diesel vehicle,the CAN message data of engine was collected and recorded.Based on the synthesis idea of traditional vehicle driving conditions,the underground vehicle engine transient conditions were constructed.Compared with the road vehicle transient conditions,it was found that there are obvious differences between the two conditions.The combined condition has a larger average speed and the ratio of speed increase and speed decrease,which is determine by the special road conditions of mine.This transient condition can provide support for the late stage bench test.
