摘要
针对煤矿井底透水事故问题,设计了一种移动式自动调平搭载平台并建立样机模型。为了分析平台在工作时的可靠性,将建立好的三维模型导入到HyperMesh中建立有限元模型。基于模态分析理论,对该平台进行模态分析,得到前6阶固有频率和相应的振型。结果表明,该平台设计合理,可为进一步优化提供依据。
Aiming at the problem of water seepage accident at the bottom of coal mine,a mobile automatic leveling carrying platform was designed and the prototype model was established.In order to analyze the reliability of the platform at work,the established three-dimensional model was imported into HyperMesh to establish the finite element model.Based on the modal analysis theory,the modal analysis of the platform was carried out,and the first six natural frequencies and corresponding modes were obtained.The results show that the design of the platform is reasonable,which can provide a basis for further optimization.
