摘要
本研究基于文化智力理论、生涯期望理论探讨了文化智力、文化适应、就业资本投资与民族高校学生生活满意度关系中的调节中介作用。研究采用文化智力量表、文化适应量表、自编就业资本投资表、生活满意度指数对民族高校914名学生进行问卷调研,得出结论:(1)文化智力、文化适应对民族高校学生生活满意度起显著正向作用;(2)文化适应、就业资本投资在文化智力和民族高校学生生活满意度之间分别存在中介作用及调节作用;(3)就业资本投资显著调节文化智力和民族高校学生生活满意度之间直接效应。这可在一定程度上帮助理解和研究以民族高校为前沿阵地的民族团结进步教育及铸牢中华民族共同体意识的有效途径。
Based on the theory of cultural intelligence, career expectancy theory, the study explored on the intermediary role of the relationship between cultural intelligence, cultural adaptation, employment capital investment and ethnic university student life satisfaction. The study adopted cultural intelligence scale, culture adaptation scale, self-compiled employment capital investment table and life satisfaction index to conduct questionnaire survey among 914 students from ethnic universities. The study made following conclusions: 1. cultural intelligence and cultural adaptation play a significant positive role in the life satisfaction of ethnic college students;2. cultural adaptation and employment capital investment have an intermediary role and regulatory role between cultural intelligence and the life satisfaction of students in ethnic universities respectively;3. employment capital investment significantly regulates the direct effect between cultural intelligence and academic life satisfaction in ethnic universities. To a certain extent, this can facilitate understanding and studying of the national unity and progress with ethnic universities as the frontier position and build the effective way of consolidating the sense of Chinese national community.
