摘要
在民族地区推广普及国家通用语言文字是新时代党的民族工作的重要内容之一。国家通用语言文字在民族地区承载着重要的使命:助力铸牢中华民族共同体意识、维护国家统一;促进民族地区经济发展、实现共同富裕;促进中华民族大团结、构建各民族共有精神家园;有效支持各民族一律平等、保障各民族群众合法权益。当前民族地区在推广普及国家通用语言文字工作方面取得了重要成效,但依然面临法理宣传不到位、学校主阵地作用发挥受限、国家通用语言文字使用空间场域弱化等困境。新时代,民族地区要通过增强国家通用语言文字普法教育、强化学校主阵地功能发挥、拓宽语言使用空间场域等措施,进一步深化普及国家通用语言文字教育。
National lingua franca is the important content and carrier of Chinese culture. As an important force in national lingua franca use and education, rural teachers in ethnic areas play an important role in conveying the excellent traditional Chinese culture, forging the sense of Chinese national community and fighting poverty alleviation. At present, restricted by the lack of teachers’ awareness of national lingua franca learning, lack of national lingua franca training teachers, lack of language atmosphere in the school environment and other factors, the effect of improving the level of national lingua franca in ethnic areas is limited. To improve the national lingua franca level of rural teachers in ethnic areas requires teachers’ active participation, education departments to build a strong training teacher staff, innovation in training methods, and the rural society to create a good language atmosphere.
