摘要
切实加强新时代师范生师德养成教育不仅是全面推进师范院校思想政治工作的内在要求,也是构建职前职后一体化师德培育体系的目的。开展课程思政可成为革新师范生师德养成教育的新载体,“课程思政+师德养成教育”新模式的构建具有时代所赋予的必要性,为师范生师德养成教育提供了实践上的指导。通过厘清师范生师德养成教育的现实困境和逻辑范式,提出统筹高校师范生师德养成教育的课程建设与规划、培育兼具思政素养与综合学科知识的教师教育人力资源、优化师德教育教学内容并创新教学评价方式等优化师德养成教育的路径。
Strengthening the education of cultivating teachersprofessional ethics of normal school students in the new era is the intrinsic requirement for comprehensively promoting the ideological and political education of normal colleges as well as the aim of constructing an integrated system of cultivating teachersprofessional ethics before and after service.Cultivating curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness can become a new carrier for the reform of the education of cultivating teachersprofessional ethics of normal school students.The construction of a new mode of combining curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness with teachersprofessional ethics becomes the necessity given by the times,which provides practical guidance for teachersprofessional ethics of normal school students.By exploring the practical dilemma and logic paradigm of the education of cultivating teachersprofessional ethics of normal school students,the paths for optimizing the cultivation education of teachersprofessional ethics are proposed including coordinating the curriculum construction and planning of the education of cultivating teachers professional ethics of normal school students,cultivating human resources in teacher education with ideological and political literacy and comprehensive subject knowledge,optimizing the teaching content of the education of teachersprofessional ethics and innovating teaching evaluation methods.
