摘要
翻转课堂教学是当今现代教育信息化教学模式之一,文章采用问卷调查法,基于对学校师生调查数据分析,了解了绵阳师范学院的翻转课堂教学的现状和影响因素,提出了针对性建议,如教师转变教学观念、参加培训学习、主动开展教学研究,学校改进课堂设施、完善信息技术、提供制度保障等,如此希望能更加有效地促进高校翻转课堂教学的改进和完善。
Flipped classroom pedagogy is one of the information-based teaching modes adapting to modern education.Based on the analyses of the survey data of teachers and students in Mianyang Teachers'College,the current situation and influencing factors are obtained for flipped classroom teaching,and then the personalized suggestions are presented:teachers change teaching ideas,participate in training and learning,take the initiative in teaching research and reform;and schools improve classroom facilities,improve information technology,provide institutional guarantee,wishing to promote flipped classroom teaching in universities.
