酯交换法合成碳酸二苯酯催化剂的研究进展

摘要 本文系统阐述了碳酸二甲酯和苯酚酯交换法生成碳酸二苯酯的催化剂研究进展,总结介绍了传统路易斯酸、有机锡化合物、有机钛化合物等均相催化剂和负载类、金属氧化物类、水滑石类、分子筛类、杂多化合物类等非均相催化剂。比较催化剂在该酯交换反应中的优缺点,分析目前催化剂所存在的问题;列举近几年离子液体催化剂的研究进展以及离子液体催化剂的优缺点,并对未来催化剂研究方向进行展望。 The research progress of catalysts for the production of diphenyl carbonate by the transesterification of dimethyl carbonate and phenol was systematicaly described in this article.Traditional Lewis acids,organotin compounds,organotitanium compounds and other homogeneous catalysts,supported heterogeneous catalysts such as metal oxides,hydrotalcites,molecular sieves,heteropoly compounds,etc were summarized and introduced.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the catalysts in the transesterification,the existing problems of the catalysts were analyzed,and the research progress of the ionic liquid catalysts in recent years and the advantages and disadvantages of the ionic liquid catalysts were listed.The research direction of catalysts in the future was prospected.
