摘要
本文使用化学还原法制备了纳米复合材料Co/MWCNTs,通过扫描电镜和能谱仪表征了该纳米复合材料的形貌和元素组成。利用Co/MWCNTs纳米复合材料构置了一种新型电化学传感器,建立了对苯二酚(HQ)的检测新方法,对检测过程中对某些条件进行了选择和优化。经过实验发现,Co/MWCNTs/GCE电化学传感器对HQ具有优异电化学响应,线性范围是1.32~833μmol·L^(-1),检出限是0.5μmol·L^(-1)(S/N=3)。
In this paper,the Co/MWCNTs nanocomposites were synthesized by chemical reduction method.The morphology and elemental composition of the nanocomposites were characterized by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope.A novel electrochemical sensor was developed for the determination of hydroquinone(HQ).Some experimental conditions were selected and optimized.It was found that the electrochemical sensor of Co/MWCNTs/GCE had excellent electrochemical response to HQ,and the linear range was 1.32~833 μmol·L^(-1)with detection limit of 0.5 μmol·L^(-1).
