摘要
在碱性环境下,甲氰菊酯可以抑制鲁米诺-铁氰化钾体系的化学发光,且抑制程度与甲氰菊酯的浓度在一定范围内成良好线性关系。在此基础上,建立了测定甲氰菊酯的流动注射-化学发光分析方法。在最优实验条件下,甲氰菊酯的线性范围为1.0×10^(-7)~1.0×10^(-5) g·mL^(-1),回归方程为Y=-8.5259c-183.36,相关系数r=0.9970,(c为甲氰菊酯浓度,10^(-7)g·mL^(-1)),检出限为2.8×10^(-8) g·mL^(-1)。对1.0×10^(-6) g·mL^(-1)的甲氰菊酯标准溶液连续平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为3.98%。本法操作简便、高效灵敏、检测限低,可用于实际样品中甲氰菊酯的含量测定。
In alkaline environments,fenpropathrin can inhibit the chemiluminescence intensity produced by luminol-potassium ferricyanide system,and the degree of inhibition is linearly related to the concentration of fenpropathrin in a certain range.On this basis,a flow injection-chemiluminescence method for the determination of fenpropathrin was established.Under the optimal experimental condition,the linear range of fenpropathrin was 1.0×10^(-7)~1.0×10^(-5) g·mL^(-1),the regression equation was Y=-8.5259c-183.36,correlation coefficient r=0.9970,(c was the concentration of fenpropathrin,10^(-7) g·mL^(-1)),the limit of detection(LOD)was 2.8×10^(-8) g·mL^(-1).For 1.0×10^(-6) g·mL^(-1) fenpropathrin standard solution parallel determination of 11 times in a row,the relative standard deviation was 3.98%.The method has the advantage of simple operation,high sensitivity and low LOD,and could be used for the determination of fenpropathrin in real samples.
